Training School

The Action will conduct two Training Schools in its duration, probably lasting over a week (5 days) and for a maximum of 12 trainees. Among other topics trainees will learn the basics of NHP training and Animal Behavioural Management (ABM) including the preparation of training protocols, developing appropriate ABM measures to meet their facilities’ needs and strategies for problem solving, both in terms of training as well as ABM.

The last Training School took place in Leuven, Belgium. The next training School will probably take place in Novi Sad in 2019.

Training Schools are announced well in advance. Trainees from COST countries participating in this Action (PRIMTRAIN) may be eligible fur support. Please contact us under primtrain(at)
